Exchange and returns

Returning goods of proper quality

• You may withdraw from a purchase made on the site within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
• The item must be new and unused, with its original look, all parts and packaging.
• Items made to your individual order (for example, baubles with a personal painting or inscription) cannot be returned.
• Return shipping of goods of proper quality is paid by the buyer.

If an item is defective

• Tell us as soon as possible: +380686646085, support@dolufi.com. Add a photo of the defect and the order number.
• You are entitled to a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund under Ukrainian consumer protection law.
• We pay delivery both ways for defective goods.

How to return

1. Write or call us: +380686646085, support@dolufi.com — we will tell you where and how to send it.
2. Send the item with a copy of the receipt or the order number.
3. We refund to your card within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Record any delivery damage in the carrier's report at the branch — it helps us settle it with the carrier faster.
