How long
Order data is kept as long as needed for accounting and possible claims (normally up to 3 years), then deleted or anonymised. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

You may ask what data we hold, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Write to us: support@dolufi.com.
Cookies
Necessary cookies (session and cart, language, form protection) are always on — the site does not work without them. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only if you press “Accept” in the banner: they show which pages and products are useful so we can improve the shop. The data is processed by Google Ireland Limited; advertising features and ad personalisation are off, and Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
