Delivery and payment

Delivery

• Nova Poshta — to a branch or parcel locker anywhere in Ukraine, usually 1–3 days after dispatch. Paid by the recipient at Nova Poshta's rates.
• Ukrposhta — to any town or village by address and postcode, at Ukrposhta's rates.
• Pickup — Уточнюйте по телефону чи в чаті

We ship after confirming the order by phone and send you the tracking number.

Payment

• Transfer to the FOP account (IBAN) — after checkout you see the account details, amount, purpose of payment and a QR code. Pay in your online bank under "Payment by details / IBAN" or scan the QR code. We ship (or hand over at pickup) once the money arrives.
• Cash on delivery — Ukrposhta only: pay when you collect the parcel at the branch. Ukrposhta charges its money-transfer fee.
