Public offer

This is a public offer by Грицьків Іван Іванович, taxpayer number 2997014994, address: Україна, м.Львів (the "Seller"), to conclude a distance sale contract through dolufi.com (the "Site") with any individual (the "Buyer").

1. Acceptance

1.1. By placing an order on the Site (cart checkout, "Buy in 1 click" or a reservation) and agreeing to these terms, the Buyer accepts this offer in full. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order (by phone, email or messenger).
1.2. The Seller may change these terms. An order is governed by the version in force when it was placed.

2. Goods and prices

2.1. Descriptions, photos and specifications are on the Site. Colours in photos may differ slightly; handmade items are each unique.
2.2. Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia. The Seller pays the single tax and is not a VAT payer.
2.3. The price is fixed when the order is placed. Delivery is not included unless stated otherwise.
2.4. If an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, the Seller informs the Buyer, who may accept the new terms or cancel the order.

3. Ordering and confirmation

3.1. The Buyer provides a correct name, phone, email and delivery details. The Seller contacts the Buyer to confirm the order before shipping.
3.2. A reservation is valid for the period shown on the Site and is cancelled if the item is not bought within it.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment methods: transfer to the Seller's current account (IBAN) using the details given after checkout; cash on delivery at a Ukrposhta branch. Goods are handed over once the money is in the Seller's account (except cash on delivery).
4.2. The carrier's fee for cash on delivery is paid by the Buyer at the carrier's rates.
4.3. The Seller issues a payment receipt as required by law.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or pickup — see "Delivery and payment".
5.2. Ownership and risk pass to the Buyer upon receipt.
5.3. The Buyer checks the parcel and goods on receipt in the presence of the carrier's staff; damage is recorded in the carrier's report.

6. Exchange, returns, warranty

6.1. Under the Ukrainian consumer protection law and the "Exchange and returns" page.
6.2. Warranty — under the manufacturer's documents (if any) and the law.

7. Personal data

7.1. By placing an order the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data to fulfil it, as described in the "Privacy policy".

8. Liability and disputes

8.1. Under the law of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation and otherwise as provided by Ukrainian law.
